Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By signing up to become an affiliate of ExtenCity Hair, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Overview

These terms and conditions are a legal
agreement between you, the affiliate, and ExtenCity Hair. You agree
that all information on your application is accurate and complete.
After submitting your affiliate application, you are legally bound by
these terms and conditions.

Participation in the ExtenCity Hair
Affiliate Program gives you the right to advertise our website and
products in exchange for referral-based commissions.  

Please note that throughout this
Agreement, "we," "us," and "our" refer
to ExtenCity Hair, and "you," "your," and "yours"
refer to the affiliate.

2. Modifications

ExtenCity Hair reserves the right to
change or modify the terms of this affiliate agreement at any time.
In case of modifications, the affiliate will be notified by email.
Your continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of
any modifications or changes.

3. Termination

This Affiliate Agreement can be terminated at any time by either you or ExtenCity Hair by written notice. If you fail to comply with the Affiliate Program terms and conditions, affiliation can be revoked immediately for the following reasons: 

* Any involvement in fraudulent activity

* Spamming with your affiliate link

* Inappropriate/unsuitable content 

* False advertisements regarding ExtenCity Hair 

Affiliate link and/or discount code is not to be leaked or shared with any third party sites such as coupon and deal databases. If it is found or reported that the discount code is being used on such a website, the Affiliate account will be revoked immediately.

4. Payment

Ambassadors start to accumulate commission once their referred clients begin to make purchases. An affiliate earns commissions by sending sales to our online store using ExtenCity Hair affiliate links or discount codes. The
commission percentage is based on the type of product that was purchased. 

Payment is made every 30th day of each calendar month. You do not need to earn a minimum in order to be paid. After payment has been made, the ambassador’s account will reset.

ExtenCity uses a third-party service
(Shopify) for tracking and payments. Please review Shopify’s
payment terms and conditions. Commissions are paid on links that can
be tracked and reported by the ExtenCity Hair affiliate program
system. We use Refersion for affiliate tracking and payouts. 

5. Promotions

Affiliates are allowed to use links,
discount codes, promotional banners, and/or text advertisements
provided by the ExtenCity Hair Affiliate Program. You are not allowed
to use any non-affiliate program related materials for promotional
purposes. These non-affiliate related materials may include customer
coupon codes, codes given to other affiliates, or codes received from
any source other than the ExtenCity Affiliate Program.

You are prohibited from promoting
affiliate coupon codes and links on third-party websites, such as
groupon.com, retailmenot.com, or coupontrade.com, or any other coupon
based website.

You, the affiliate, are not allowed to
advertise any other hair extension brand while enrolled in the
ExtenCity Affiliate Program. It is your responsibility to terminate
this agreement if you wish to work with another hair extension brand.

Affiliates are required to ensure that
all affiliate links, banners, and codes are valid. Any invalid codes
should be removed immediately.

We reserve the
right to seek legal action or terminate this agreement if any
misconduct or fraud occurs.

6. Limitations of Liability

ExtenCity is not liable to the
affiliate for any defective products, interruptions in the
accessibility of our website, viruses, loss of profits, loss of data,
loss caused by any third party deleting, removing, deactivating or
tampering with the Affiliate tracking service or any other
consequential loss whether arising from neglect or breach of
contract.

7. Copyrighted Materials

ExtenCity Hair reserves the right to
seek legal action against affiliates that infringe our copyrights and
registered trademarks, or that replicate our product designs under a
different brand. ExtenCity Hair is not responsible if an affiliate uses
another party's copyrighted material in violation of law. 

8. Disclaimer

We do not express any representations
or warranties regarding the ExtenCity Hair online store or our products and
services. We make no representation that our site will be
uninterrupted or error-free. ExtenCity Hair is not liable for any
consequences following an interruption or error.
